Introduction

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help you discover and consider some issues relevant to living in community. By having a better understanding of these issues, hopefully you will be better able to decide if living in Wellspring Tiny House Village is right for you and you’ll be better prepared to live in community.

This questionnaire must be completed by each adult member of the household and will be used as a basis for your discussion with the Patricia (and possibly the advisors)  so please submit it to Patricia early enough for her  to review it before your meeting. Eventually, of course, this be submitted to a membership team, and  will also be a way for other Members to get to know you better.

Have numerous discussions during the visitor period with Patricia and possibly the advisory board.

Participate in all work parties and shared meals.

Please provide your own vegan food or give an agreed upon amount of money to pay for food. We want to share meals, so if you can give beans, rice and other staples (preferably raw like avocados, onions, garlic, fruit) we can put that into the mix. This is a bit tricky–determining how much food. We will figure it out.

We do have tents and bedding to lend out. Do at least 20 hours of labor per week unless we make another agreement.

If everyone agrees, proceed with signing an agreement and start leasing your land so you can build and develop it according to ecological and other agreements. Be prepared to have to leave what you invest in building if you are not acting in alignment with all the agreements.
