Wild greens that I am cultivating in pots and in the garden, Or That I want to cultivate

I am growing dandelions but not most of the others. However after watching this, I will be cultivating them.

In the video above, I learned about a few more plants that I will be growing intentionally as well.

I definitely love to grow lamb’s quarters–they are so easy to cultivate and so abundant. The one plant I do not grow is stinging nettles, and I yearn to do that. I just haven’t been able to find them.

Wow, I just learned that dandelion greens help detoxify the body of fluoride! And you can eat mulberry leaves! He recommends the Basswood tree because you can eat the leaves in salad. I would seriously consider growing this tree just for greens.

I like this video because he talks about whether or not to cook the plant.

Here is an article which I will study further that really makes sense: Wild greens could be a sustainable, nutritious and free food source |
