As the time got closer to the 2024 election, I was post a lot on Facebook in order to promote Donald Trump for president. From about 2020, after Biden won, I gave up on politics for the most part. I was part of the Stop the Steal movement, and got kicked off Twitter when I notified people that I was going to do a Stop the Steal rally showing solidarity with the people who were going to Washington DC to support the president in his efforts to protest the results of an election. My research showed that there was overwhelming proof that the were many illegal things happening in the election which made it possible for Joe Biden to win. I had already voiced my support for Trump, and gotten a lot of flack from it from long time friends. I am happy to see that people are investigating the current election as well as the 2020 election. Perhaps at last my concerns based on facts, not theories, will be proven true in the courts and people will no longer commit voter fraud.
2020 up until now was a sad year as we endured the lockdowns because of Covid, and all the negative things that the Biden administration forced upon us including the rise in prices, tragic deaths, resulting from the debacle of a withdrawal in Afghanistan, increasing money spent to support wars abroad which Trump was able to prevent, and terrible crimes committed by illegal immigrants. I tried to focus on building a community because if Biden won again, I wanted to be in the safest environment possible.
My choices for being in integrity and prioritizing healing with my family prevented me from fulfilling my dream. Yet now I am clearer than ever on what my values are. I am no longer afraid of alienating people. I really want to have people who align with the values that I have established as being the most important in order to have a healthy society. Of course I am not going to impose those values on everyone, but I will do my best to create a community were we can demonstrate how these principles can work and help all of life thrive.
I realized about two months ago that I was being afraid of supporting Trump because of criticism, and that I needed to be brave and stand up for this man who I admire so much. I know he is not perfect, but his imperfections are not deal breakers for me and the majority of Americans who voted for his sound policies. I will be writing more about this later. The reason that I am enlisting the help of AI to define my values are as follows:
- I am not good at summarizing and organizing thoughts in a way that the reader can absorb as quickly as they may need.
- I have limited time, and I see that this method saves me a lot of time.
- There are no copyright restrictions on AI and therefore I can give credit to AI and not have to get permission.
My main goal is to outline my values, summarize the goals of the community, and describe the governing structure so that people who are responsible, need reassurance that I am an effective leader, and who would fit into the community will be drawn to explore possibilities.
I think that now that the election is over and people are not needing to focus their attention on getting Trump and other conservatives elected, people are more likely to have energy to explore living in a community.
