Mixed Feelings on Inauguration Day Jan. 20, 2025

My main feelings are happiness, relief, hope, and enthusiasm. I enthusiastically supported Trump during his first term until I experienced him pushing the Covid Vaccine as the solution to the “plandemic.” Yes, I do believe that the pandemic was planned and that it was an experiment by the globalists to see if they could control people with fear. They succeeded in many ways, but now the result is awakening to the truth of many years of oppression. Do I sound like a conspiracy theorist? I proudly say, I am a conspiracy factist. That is not a word, but it should be. If a person can be theorist, he or she should be able to be a factist, don’t you think?
But I am really digressing. When I saw that Trump was running again, and how much attack he was under, I had the sense that maybe he was the real deal after all, and had just made a stupid mistake in pushing Operation Warp Speed in order to get the Covid jab approved in record-breaking time. After all, so many people have been brainwashed about vaccinations, and fortunately, I woke up when I was about 26, in 1980, when a wise chiropractor named Dr. Dezavelle told me about the dangers of vaccinations. Thank you, dear sir, along with a a family who also was against vaccinations and taught Cliff (my then former husband), about the harmful side effects.

I’m feeling a bit frisky–is that the right word? I don’t want to just write a nice article. I want to express my feelings as they come up. Well, I usually do that, but now more than ever I want to be authentic. And that may mean lengthy, and not staying on topic all the time.

I overcame my disappointment when Trump as I saw that he refrained from bragging about his part in helping bring the vaccine into existence. When he was booed after he did brag, I think he started realizing that he needed to clean up his act. By now he was surrounding himself with wiser advisors than when he was in office the first 4 years. Now that he has the support of RFK Jr., and because Trump wants to make America healthy again, I see a super-duper turn around. I feel so grateful that RFK Jr. is advising Trump, and I pray that he will become the secretary of the department of health.

I could have been one of those January 6 people who landed in jail. I so wanted to go to Washington to support Trump in 2020

All the evidence I observed from very credible sources proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that the election was rigged. And I really wanted Trump to win. Since I could not afford to go to Washington DC, I decided to stage my own protest by advertising a “Stop the Steal” rally in Fayetteville on the corner of Dickson and College near the courthouse. A freezing cold and drizzly day, the small group of people (total of 8) braved the weather for a few hours. The local news even showed up and interviewed me. I invited the group to go to the local bagel shop to get to know each other. This led to 3 of us getting involved with a school board battle in Huntsville, Arkansas which resulted in the whole board not getting elected in the next election which was only a few months away. That scandal where the board covered up sexual assaults by boys on boys in the locker rooms in the junior high was incredibly successful, and if I had not connected with the Stop Steal protestors, I think the abuse would still be going on today.

I suffered in my own small way. Not going to prison as so many of the J6 participants did–and thank God that President Trump is freeing these political prisoners–but I got kicked off of Twitter, and I got sick for a solid week where I was so weak I could hardly get out of bed. But I had a good fast and it was not super painful. So I was blessed, in a way. Was it all the pressure of seeing that our country was being taken over illegally that sent me to bed for a long rest?

I am overjoyed to see all the executive orders that Trump is carrying out. I feel my spirits soar when I hear him say that God saved him from the assassination attempt which only injured his ear rather than taking his life. I feel such a sense of relief that Trump wants to end all the wars we are involved in, and not get involved in any more. He proved that was possible in his first term–no new wars–and if he had been in a second term, the catastrophe in the exit from Afghanistan would have never happened.

I feel hopeful to think that he wants to eliminate the Department of Education and give that job to the states, which I hope will then give the parents power over their children’s education. I feel a sense of freedom to think that we just might have no income taxes, but rather get our money from the tariffs imposed on other countries. Most of the income tax is spent on war, according to some sources, and that is why there are people who resist paying income taxes by living under the poverty level.

I could keep going about all the good things that Trump will do, including securing the borders, stopping inflation, and making sure our country doesn’t go bankrupt. I just could go on and on about how happy I am that he wants Tulsi Gabbard, a vegetarian person of high integrity, to be in his cabinet. I am impressed with the DOGE–department of government efficiency. The appalling inefficiency of our government is so shocking as Elon and Vivek expose the ways that our money is spent on totally useless and even damaging things.

I’ve heard that much funding for animal experimentation on useless things will be stopped. That is a super good thing! And big AG, big Pharma, big War Machine, big Government, and big Corporation power–all will be curtained in ways that lead to more constructive use of power.

I feel hopeful that with the positive influence of the Trump administration, I can more easily fulfill my dreams of creating a community. I believe that they support less government, and more power at local levels. Without the rising cost of inflation, and an atmosphere of decreasing regulations, perhaps it will be easier to build a community. I could have done it under a Harris administration, I think, but it is hard to say thinking about how our country was going downhill in countless way under Biden. I have hope that people like RFK Jr. will be creating a network of people who have ideas on how to live in ways that truly enrich all of life, and that my ideas about community would be received with enthusiasm.

I do dream of creating a community which has many of the attributes that Trump talks about when he talks about America–a safe community, prosperous community, healthy community. Powerful only in that our influence will empower people to live fruitful, fulfilling lives of service so that all can live the American dream. But the American dream I see as being most practical is to live according to God’s laws, to live frugally and simply so we don’t need so much energy.

That leads me to my mixed feelings–the negative feelings I have. I feel disappointed when I hear the words, “drill baby drill.” I acknowledge that we are at a point in history where people still think that economic growth is necessary and because of the way people live with overly consumptive life-styles (my judgement) we need lots of energy. Yet what would happen if people would build super energy efficient homes, make rocket stoves that use wood and produce very little pollutants, and eat a plant-based diet where we use much less energy to produce food. Changes like these, and a thousand others, can actually increase the quality of our lives and make America healthier than ever before.

I yearn for a day when we don’t have a need to threaten other people like Trump threatened Hamas with “all hell will break loose if you don’t free the hostages.” The world is so complicated, and Jesus teachings of turn the other cheek when people are being so hurtful, might not be the best. At the same time, we can love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, and I wish there could be more talk of that.

I admire the Christians who supported Trump. They take a lot of flack from many other Christians, and I don’t think that they deserve the criticism. I am a Christian and have supported Trump and been persecuted by Christians and non-Christians. But that is the price we had to pay. I understand why people would be so judgmental when they hear from mainstream media and other sources about how terrible Trump is. Fortunately I learned at age 21, almost 50 years ago, not to trust the mainstream media. How grateful I am to those mentors like Cliff Mikkelson who taught me this.

I will be praying for Trump and his cabinet–for their safety and the ability to carry out their duties. I will be praying also that they will want to make the White House into a commune where they all can live frugally, eating a healthy, whole foods, mostly raw, nutrient dense, plant based diet. I pray that they will turn the White House lawn into a community garden that will attract people from all over the world to learn about permaculture and the values of growing food and attracting pollinators.

I pray that the White House will use very little energy and will utilize the latest technology to make it self-sufficient in every way, including having compost toilets. That expensive clothes will be replaced with Ghandi-like sarongs, and fancy hair styles and dyed hair will just be whatever color their hair is and hair cuts that are simple to maintain. Looks will not be important–but the condition of the heart will be.

I pray that the white house will be a cooperative place with a school for all the children of government officials where they spend most of the time outside and they learn how to make decisions based on critical creative thinking. Being connected with nature is so important, and thus I pray that many trees and wild places will be planted to draw wild animals such as squirrels, raccoons, skunks, and skinks. A pond where people can swim would be nice, and rain water collection would supply all their water needs.

Prayer and worship sessions would be available every morning and the cabinet members, their families, and of course the president and vice president and their families would love to attend because starting their day this way makes them much more effective and peaceful. I pray that local government would be encouraged, and that a special department for the support of all churches becoming community centers could be developed. A department to support intentional communities and creation of co-housing communities in every neighborhood that wants them could be had.

I pray that they would have a huge conference using open space technology http://www.openspacetechnology.org would be used to bring together people from all over America to answer the question, “How can we make America a place where all of life, including animals and the earth, can thrive?” I pray I can introduce my ideas and get input about all the ideas I have had over the course of my life to help people connect and cooperate.
I pray that instead of using energy to go to Mars, we can get excited about restoring the earth, stopping pollution of all kinds, rewilding the forsaken places, growing food in ways that truly nourish both the grower and the consumer.

Well, I could pray a lot more, but I need to end this long post because I am ready to end, ready to rest for the night, ready to share this.

I would love your input. Are you happy? Are you scared? Do you have mixed feelings? Do you have a prayer to share?
