At this point, the community has no ability to pay any health care benefits. Our way of limiting needs for hospital stays or emergency care is as follows:

• Live as healthy a lifestyle as possible to prevent illness.
• Stay in tune with our intuition and our Creator so that we avoid or are saved by accidents.
• Pray for protection for our entire community.
• Learn how to be mindful so that we avoid accidents including the use of garden tools, knives and power tools

Anyone coming on the Wellspring Community land will need to sign a waiver which states that the owners are not responsible for people who are visiting or living here.

Eventually, if we become members of the Federation of Egalitarian Communities,  we can participate in their cooperative health care plan.
