I realize that different people will be coming with unique ideas about how they want to live and the goals they want to accomplish. With our shared vision being to learn how to love all of life, these are my goals set in the present tense.
These goals are not demands. These are my preferences.
I envision that we:
We are communicating with and working with nature spirits so that we have the entire 18 acres being a fruitful food forest that feeds multitudes. This article about Findhorn Community gives a taste of this concept.
We learn how to be breatharians, and teach others to do the same. Here is one article. Here is the website of my favorite breatharian, Ray Amor.
For those who are not wanting to be breatharian, there will be plenty of raw, healthy, delicious food. We will help people get off of their addiction to cooked food and processed food if they see that this diet is damaging.
Our common meals are mostly raw vegan. People can eat animal products-just not in the common house so as not to offend the vegans. Usually eating vegan food does not offend people who eat animal products.
We use all kinds of techniques to help us to heal those parts of us that keep us from loving purely, including
- Immanuel Approach
- Empathic Listening (Nonviolent communication)
- skills used in Re-Evaluation Counseling.
And many other ways of being completely present with each other as we heal the hurt places.
We lean to live on what is essential.
Cold therapy is helping us not to need so many clothes, and to be adaptive, like animals, to all temperatures.
We do everything that is fun that also helps boost our immune system and connect with each other:
- Laughter yoga
- story telling
- Dancing
- Singing
- Play of all kinds
- volley ball
- cuddle puddles
- cooperative games
- jump rope, hop scotch, leap frogging.
- acrobatics
- acroyoga
We do forest therapy, communing with nature in powerful ways that heal us. Here is an article that instructs us on how to communicate with nature spirits.
We sleep next to the earth, in little huts. We gain the magnetic power of the earth.
We use clay to heal our ailments.
We are a healing center, and people come from miles around to be healed and learn about all the beautiful things we are doing.
We use no electricity or computers or cell phones on the land in order to keep it as pure as possible.
We do publish everything we are learning, and people come to use to learn how to be optimally healthy, body, mind and soul. We use the internet, including Zoom and Youtube, to share our knowledge.
We stop every 2 or 3 hours to pause and have a sacred moment together. The bell rings, and so wherever people are, they can hear the bell.
We mediate at least 1/2 hour together every morning and evening, learning the very best meditation techniques.
We pray and worship together–those of us who believe in prayer and worship.
We practice nonviolence in every way, including thought word and deed.
We rescue unwanted farm animals and given them safe haven in a beautiful animal sanctuary.
We rescue dogs and cats and feed them a vegan diet.
We find endless creative ways of growing our own food, making 85% of our forest into a food forest, and the other 15% (or less) places to sleep and congregate in various ways.
