Paul Hutchinson talks about how his organizing, http://www.LiberatingHumanity.com is partially about helping the 1 in 3 victims of sexual abuse who end up being perpetrators themselves, to heal before they commit the crimes against humanity.

I’m still attempting to understand what his strategy is because his organization is quite new, and I haven’t found how he wants to help these people. However, I can add to the vision of Wilberforce Village that there can be another section of the population included in the plan. Initially, I proposed that victims and staff would be part of the community. Now I see that people who have had traumatic pasts who need help can come and get effective support which will prevent them from hurting others.

How to identify these potential perpetrators may be difficult but just helping survivors of incest and sexual abuse who need healing is a huge service in itself. These people can eventually become staff members.

In order to help every person who has experienced abuse of any kind, maybe 35% of the population, will need to live in healthy, therapeutic communities such as Wilberforce Village. The perpetrators who have either gotten arrested or turned themselves in, need to have similar communities where they can experience restorative justice. The hardcore sociopaths and people who have done such evil things that we can’t even imagine them being rehabilitated, will not be able to make a living because the demand will no longer be there.

These folks might just realize that what they are doing isn’t that rewarding when they see the fulfilling, joyful lives that all the others are living. We can start communities for them as well. We will need lots of people to be on staff in order to fulfill the unique needs of each community. Thus, everyone will be employed.

I can imagine even the people like Jeffrey Epstein, people who are willing to sell children’s organs, people who do unspeakable things in satanic rituals–they will be healed as well.
