This is still in process. I need to make some links and refine. Any questions? Just ask. The first people who come will need to be flexible as we work out details.

Fill out application.

References will be checked.

Have an interview with Patricia.

Set up a visitor period: 3 weeks. During this time, pay for food, utilities and deposit. The reason for the deposit is this: if in some way the person has been deceptive, and needs to be asked to leave, the deposit will be kept. If things are damaged, the deposit will be kept as well.

Food: $100 per week

Utilities: $30 per week

Deposit: $100

Determine whether or not to go forward using the Clearness Committee guidelines similar to those found here.

If everyone agrees that we are a good fit, become a provisional member. The amount of time is 1 year.

Amount of money needed:

Food and utilities (see above)

Deposit (see above)

Personal finances: whatever a person needs in order to maintain their life, including health insurance (if they need it), cell phone, debt payments, car payments, etc.

If you have a car, and want to help the community by allowing people to either ride in it, or drive it, you will be compensated for wear and tear on vehicle and gas. To be negotiated.

There is parking for an RV, camper, etc.

Income possibilities:

If you have an online business, you can use our co-working space since we have high-speed internet.

If you want to help me with my virtual or on-site. organizing business, and you have a car, we can figure out fair compensation. See my business at http://www.becomeorganized.wordpress.com

I can’t guarantee immediate income, so if you don’t have an online business, you will need to have some savings in order to pay your expenses. Or, you can find work locally,

You will be required to work 35 hours a week, and that includes chores, food preparation, gardening, monastery money-making enterprises (to be developed) and upkeep of the land and buildings.

This amount of time can be negotiated in order to fit individual needs.
